I attended the domestic lockstitch MEC1-2 course last week. BRILLIANT doesn't really cover it!
Alan's knowledge is amazing, and he is a great teacher.
I am already looking to see what course I can do next!

I completed the Artizan Lockstitch training course and couldn’t recommend it more!

Alan is a highly knowledgeable instructor who conducted the course with good humour and notable expertise. Not only did he show me how to fix and troubleshoot common issues but gave detailed explanations and examples of the reasons behind them. Alan is very generous in sharing his knowledge. I finished the course feeling confident of my newly acquired mechanical abilities and enjoyed three days in a beautiful countryside setting.

I have done level 1 and 2 course here with Alan and he is great with his level of knowledge and experience with all the different sewing machines.

He is very patient with the learners and the course is very relaxed and doesn't feel rushed at all.

I travelled all the way from west Cumbria to be able to learn about these sewing machines for my apprenticeship.

I feel like I have gained a lot of knowledge and feel confident to start looking at the machines we got in the factory and start getting some of the knowledge into practice.

I have definitely enjoyed it and could be back for the next level.

I am so thankful for Artizan Training-Sewing Repair Courses. I previously paid $4,000 for 3 day live classes elswhere in here in the United States. I found myseld not adept enough to fix machines and was told they don't teach/work on Brother machines. I almost gave up on myself before I found Artizan Training. I have not only learned so much more but have repaired 4 machines while taking the classes. I'm was worried as they are located in the UK and I'm in the United States but it works. My instructor was patient, very clear with his instructions, and gave me concise diagrams to follow. I recomend Artizan Training to anyone. They even have a mentor program so I can still ask their advice even though my classes are through.

After finding myself out of business at the start of the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, I decided to start a new business venture as a sewing machine repair and servicing engineer utilising a skill I had previously learned some 25 years ago in a previous career. It was then that I came across Artizan Training with whom I signed up to do the domestic lockstitch online course as a kind of 'refresher'. Their professionalism is second to none and the course content was easy to follow. All the modules were emailed to me along with an exam at the end of each module that also included a practical element to ensure I fully understood each module I finished. I completed the course and now have a fully functioning sewing machine repair and service business that is growing week on week. I can highly recommend Alan and the team to anyone wanting to launch a new venture in sewing machine rpairs. Already looking to see what additional training I can participate in 2021

Excellent 5 day intensive domestic lockstitch mechanic course.
Alan & Joe were fantastic teachers who imparted as much knowledge as we could possibly glean from them over the course of the week.
Well worth the trip to Kent to gain this specialist knowledge.
I’m excited to get started on this new journey armed with all the teaching from the week away.
Karen & Beth also looked after us wonderfully, providing a lovely lunch each day and homemade cakes and tea/coffee during our morning and afternoon breaks.
Would highly recommend to anyone considering this course.
