I enjoyed every minute of Katy’s yoga classes! It allows me to really get in touch with my mind and my body which i find difficult during the day. She explains every detail of a post and she is always thoughtful. She always pays attention to students’ actions and make sure we don’t get hurt. I can highly recommend Katy’s yoga classes - Katy is so knowledgeable and patient, she explains each pose thoroughly and gives modifications when needed. The classes are restorative and so enjoyable - one of my favourite times of the week I always look forward to class and come out feeling great!
