I absolutely love Rosie's classes. They feel like a treat from start to finish. She is excellent at teaching and has got the perfect balance between stretching, working and relaxing. I don't want to give too much away but she does some incredible things with mini massage and essential oils and she tailors the classes to the people in it and everything is optional from the additional stretches to the hands on approach. I highly recommend and you won't regret attending one of Rose's classes.

I’ve now tried two of Rosie’s different classes and both were brilliant for me. A near 70 year old at a particularly stressful point in life, I found the classes super relaxing and beneficial. I already do Pilates but this works well in tandem and I remembered some of the yoga from years ago but I like this slower steady paced vinyasa style more. I especially loved the yin yoga and sound bath session which with the fragrances of aromatherapy oils made me think I was actually on a healing retreat in Bali!

I love these classes. They take place in a beautiful setting. Rosie has such a lovely approach, the classes are chilled but also fun and you know you’ve had a workout. The relaxation at the end is pure bliss and the hour flies by. The classes spaces are limited so I would suggest you book ahead. The booking system is easy to use and if you block book you get the classes slightly cheaper.
