Hagley place care home, has a very warm place in my heart, the residents are well looked after, person centred care ensures they can flourish as individuals and in group situations. The amazing team of staff are well lead and extremely caring. Right from the moment they enter the building through to their journey of eternal life, Residents are treated with dignity, respect and compassion. As an ex employee I write this review with the knowledge that Hagley Place Barchester is a wonderful Care home for resident's staff and families alike. If you are looking for a loving and caring environment for a loved one, Hagley Place is definitely the one to choose.

I have performed at Hagley Place Care Home on multiple occasions. I am always given a warm welcome by both the staff and the residents.

We worked in the laundry on site and the home was clean and tidy and thestaff are friendly, competent and attentive. It was a very nice environment to work in!

As a contractor coming in to Hagley place this is by far the best place I have worked, I'm always looked after by the maintenance manager Tracey and always offered help from steve who is part of the maintenance team

Barchester’s Hagley Place is another jewel in the ‘Barchester Crown’…
Such a lovely warm, fun environment which really does feel like a happy home. Residents appear relaxed and the activities staff always seem genuinely enthusiastic to ensure everyone has a good time, including visitors. A clean and welcoming home where the sun always seems to shine!

We care for my husband's mother full time as she lives with us and were pleased to find Hagley Place 20 minutes from our home. She has just had her third stay there and absolutely loves it. The accommodation is excellent and all of the staff are very caring, thoughtful and attentive.

The food is first class and all of the communal areas are well presented and comfortable. They hold daily activity sessions and have visiting hairdressers and chiropodists at very reasonable prices.

The staff are genuinely affectionate with her and have really brought her out of her shell. She really looks forward to going and calls it her hotel!

My precious mum has been at Hagley Place for over a year now. The staff could not be more accommodating, compassionate and open. It is a delightful, well led setting with residents and their families at the very centre.
