Very good hospitality and accommodation at a reasonable cost. Reception seemed to be staffed by a single member of staff whenever we visited, but we waited our turn and were well served. Restaurant and bar staff were excellent. (A special mention to Georgia, our waitress, who went above and beyond to provide an excellent experience). Food expensive and not out of the ordinary, but well presented. Beds superb. Spa a treat. Grounds beautiful. All cleaning staff were extreme in politeness - a nice touch for an often overlooked staff team. Place was immaculate.

Visited for a course from Monday to Friday. The welcome I received was very friendly and professional. The room I was allotted was very clean, fresh and comfortable. A very high standard. The bed was very comfortable so a good nights sleep.|The facilities for the course were very adaptable with rooms large enough for quite a large number of people.|The food we received was delicious and presented beautifully.|All the staff I met were friendly and welcoming with nothing too much trouble for them.|Thank you for a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Always warmly greeted on arrival at the Gym reception. Spotlessly clean changing rooms and showers, thanks to Myrna. The gym and weights area are well stocked and there is a comprehensive selection of classes available in the studio. There is a good sized pool with plenty of loungers together with large Jacuzzi, Sauna and Steam room. Always a pleasant experience.

2 great golf courses. Superb accommodation. Good food. Good bar. BUT due to the heavy rain one morning the course had to be closed for a short while and those golfers were then pushed in to the already full list ofctee times later in the day - good news for them, at least they got their golf - bad news for everybody because THE ROUND TOOK 5 HOURS 50 MINUTES. ALSO when we went to the bar there was a crowd of 20 to 30 people being foul mouthed and very loud. They should not have been served drinks and they should have been asked to quieten down by management. There were children present. Unpleasant atmosphere. Swimming pool and facilities excellent but I'll be checking pit competitors for my next golf break.

My first membership of this health club and compared to others I have used locally and further afield I am impressed with the facilities and the engagement of the staff. The equipment is up to date and well maintained. I enjoy the fact that cleaning standards in the gym itself and the changing rooms are excellent and as a member I appreciate the work ethic and standards of Myrna who works tirelessly to maintain those standards.

Lovely view of the golf course. Comfortable room with all the amenities. Nice breakfast, bar and restaurant. Plenty of parking. Can be a bit of a trek from reception to some rooms but well signposted to find your way.||||Didn't use any of the facilities beyond the restaurant/bar

Everything was wonderful with the hotel, with a minor mark down for a lack of soundproofing between rooms (noisy neighbours at night).

The food was fantastic each night, and the service staff were attentive and friendly.

Skye in the Spa was a wonderful masseuse and removed knots in me that have existed since birth. I’m not sure I’ve ever been so relaxed and wish I had paid for another few hours.

Just home from a weekend golf break at belton woods, I rarely leave reviews but feel this weekend was perfect.
From the course marshals and pro shop, to the house staff in the hotel nothing was to much. I would say we preferred the lakes to the woods course but both were in great condition considering the weather we’ve had. Thanks once again for a lovely weekend.
