Can't quite believe how impressive this shop is. I went to them for a hydraulic brake issue and seized piston, fluid leakage. I expected them to take at least a week. Instead, and to my amazement, they told me to return in 15 minutes. Upon my return, they had upgraded my front brake setup with an off-the-shelf pack, costing £35, but only charged me £5 for labour. Told them it's insane pricing since I expected to pay double. Kudos to them.

Took my e-bike there for a repair after a well known bike and car store declined to do so as they did not sell the model. Really lovely family atmosphere, professional service, and quick repair. I regret not getting my bike from here originally. Would recommend.

Great service! Popped in a couple of weeks ago to get my Son's bike fixed as he had a broken pedal and needed it for school the next day. The staff went out of their way to fix the bike and wouldn't accept a penny. Fab service and so kind of them. I was incredibly grateful. Thank you!

I had about 3 punctures "fixed" here within a year. It turns out, after having another and someone else looking at the wheel properly, the inner tube is the wrong size and not fitted properly. I did ask for it to be checked by Berkshire Cycles but if it was, then the problem wasn't fixed and I ended up with the tyre going flat again. Baffled by their attitude to be honest. I won't be going back there. Previously have had good service there.
