Best first aid training I have ever had. Steve gives you all of the right information, he’s completely honest and straight with you, gives real life examples and made the whole course engaging and interesting. Amazing price as well. Highly recommend!

Absolutely top class first aid training from Steve at Bespoke - extremely knowledgeable and a great communicator. I feel I learned more today about managing energency first aid situations than I have in 30 years of teaching and coaching.
Small group scenario, lots of equipment, no sharing CPR dummies and lots of opportunity to ask questions about applying first aid in real life, realistic circumstances.
I would definately use this provider again and look forward to putting into practice some of the sterling advice I have been given today.

I have just completed a two day paediatric first aid course which was the best one I have ever completed.
Steve was an amazing trainer and had a great knowledge about what he was speaking about.
He was very welcoming, friendly and very patient if you are nervous.
Nothing was to much trouble for Steve and always made sure you had understood before moving on to the next thing.
Thank you Steve for making the course enjoyable and fun while also being very respectful of the topics that had to be covered.

I attended a first aid course ran by Steve today,I have got to say, without a doubt it is the best first aid course I have ever been on.
Steve is such a friendly knowledgeable guy with a lot of years hands on experience,he knows what he is talking about.
I highly recommend Bespoke care and training,I would not use anyone else.if I could give more than five stars,I would.

Great First Aid training, did the 1 day course, was really informative and was made interesting, great delivery from someone with real paramedic experience. Left feeling equipped for all kinds of difficult situations. Highly recommend to anyone.

I have just achieved Emergency First Aid at Work Level 3 and the Safe Use of Automated External Defibrillator certification thanks to the very nice people at Bespoke Care & Training.

Genuinely the best first aid course I have ever attended.

The instructor, Steve, was experienced, engaging, and delivered the training in a way that is relevant to real life situations.

After going to bespoke care and training for a day of manual handling training I couldn't recommend them enough. Steve is so friendly and welcoming, I felt at ease from the word go! He's a wonderful teacher; very knowledgeable and experienced, and he's prepared and happy to answer any questions that you may have, no matter how silly they might seem!

After just one day of training I feel as though I've come away with a wealth of experience and I'm 100 times more prepared to start my new job in the care industry - thank you Steve, you're a diamond.
