Just completed my IQA course with Lillian A ... She worked me extremely hard and gave me a headache (A good headache, knowing she wanted the best from me). The course has allowed me to grow and hopefully make changes within my workplace. The course and individual support was very straightforward and rewarding! I booked on to the EPA L3 a little last minute (24 hours before on a Sunday)!
Despite this, the communication was fantastic, detailed with all the meeting links (via Zoom due to COVID) with resources!

The trainer, Julie, was great. Really knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly and made an otherwise unusual learning environment relaxed.

My evidence and work was feedback on really timely, which meant I could then move on and focus on additional things!

We have had an amazing experience with Best for training. We have used them previously for EPA training which was incredible and this time we consulted with them on our SAR and QIP.
We have found the team at best for training incredibly professional, knowledgeable and focussed. They were patient, thoughtful and insightful, and provided us an incredible 'deep dive' experience which we really valued.
We see our relationship with Best for training as a vital partnership for our organisation on an ongoing basis.
We have already booked CPD for staff for the coming year with them and will continue to undertake consultation annually to help us meet our strategic and operational goals.
