It was a big step for me, joining Gday Gym I’ve been to gyms before but it’s been a long time. I’ve always been fit and active but noticed my strength hasn’t been what it used to be recently. A combination of a less active job, age and mainly focusing on cardio activity.

I’m so glad I called in, had the conversation (the hardest part) and then made the commitment… to myself. I’ve been going 2 months and am in a 6 month plan. I have my own objectives and am going 3 days a week and already noticing extra strength, confidence and contentment with my progress.

The gym is great, good opening hours, always clean, tidy and welcoming. There’s a nice mix of people, it’s never too busy and the fresh air and views are amazing!

Dave and Broc are lovely and both check in with you and offer tips and guides on improving technique, weight upgrades and are always on hand to chat about anything.

Since starting at G'day gym my confidence has grown massively thanks to the support from Dave and Broc. They are always on hand to offer help and advice on how to get the best out of each workout. An Added bonus is the early morning classes which I really enjoy. I would highly recommend this gym to anybody, and I can't wait to continue my fitness journey!

After being a member of a really large gym for years, starting at G'day Fitness was such a great change. It is fully equiped so you have everything you might need and Dave & Broc have time to chat about your training, correct your posture and everything in between. It feels great to be part of this Team. I highly recommend G'day Fitness, for all ability levels.

We've been needing a decent gym in Keswick for a while and all I can say is G'day Fitness delivers! I just wish I'd joined sooner. A convenient location combined with excellent facilities. Both Dave and Broc were extremely friendly and welcoming when I signed up. Their extensive knowledge has really helped me over the last few months and I can actually see the progression I've made! Can't thank you guys enough, and I can't recommend this gym enough to anyone reading this! 💪

Working in Keswick for a few days so required a gym to keep to my repertoire.
This one of the best gyms I have ever worked out in.
Excellent range of equipment, free weights, weighted machines, core equipment, battle ropes and cardio .
All top notch and kept in excellent condition in a very inviting environment.

The owner is on hand to assist , a good range of supplements on sale if required.
A must visit if on holiday ,or working in the area, loved every minute.

So great to have Gday fitness in Keswick! I was a bit nervous about joining as haven't been in a gym for ages but there was no need Dave & Broc are so welcoming, knowledgeable & passionate about you having the best workout. I look forward to my workouts now. I love the set up loads of cool equipment to really mix up your sessions. Highly recommend.
