I've just completed my Reflexology training with Lindsay. The course was delivered monthly over 5 months, with plenty of opportunities for practice and feedback. I have gained so much knowledge and now a formal qualification. Lindsay is patient and understanding and everything is fully explained. Looking forward to completing Hopi Ear Candling with her next month. Would 100% recommend training with Lindsay.

Lindsay is the real deal - her beautiful authenticity is infectious and she totally lives what she teaches. Through a fine combination of skilled teaching, genuine enthusiasm, warmth and humour, Lindsay facilitates teaching and learning for both novice or more adept. Lindsay is incredibly kind but rigorous - she wants you to succeed and absolutely to be confident enough to go out into the world and use what you have learned. Do the course - you will be a better version of yourself for it! 😊

6 or 7 months of training is a big investment, learning how to care for anyother person Holistically is a huge undertaking but Lindsey made this course so utterly accessible, beautifully educational and just wonderfully unifying an experience that I didn't feel like I was on a course at all. New friendships formed, a new outlook on life and some skillfully imparted knowledge to take to the world. Thank you so much, with all my heart and soul x

I booked in with Lindsey for a 45 minute aromatherapy massage during a holiday in the Lake District. Lindsey's shop is well located right in the centre of Penrith. A lovely relaxing atmosphere in her treatment room. Lindsey is friendly and chatty and perfectly priced. I left feeling fabulous and smelling of the amazing massage oil I picked out. I'd recommend Lindsey to anyone vising the Lakes to enhance your holiday relaxation or even to soothe those aching muscles after long walks.

I have just completed my Indian Face Massage course with Lindsay. It was amazing! Lindsay is an amazing teacher, patient and takes her time in her cosy and relaxing therapy toom. This is the 3rd course I've done now with her, now planning another. 🥰
