I am thrilled to say I passed my driving test today, and it’s all thanks to my amazing instructor! From day one, they were incredibly patient, professional, and knowledgeable, making me feel confident behind the wheel. You couldn't ask for better driving instructors than the Billsons. I can't thank Helen enough for everything she has done for me. Thanks to her I passed my test today. She is patient, understanding and truly is brilliant at her job. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to learn in an automatic, you won't regret it. I had the most amazing experience with Helen learning in an automatic. I was so scared when I started learning in March but Helen was so patient and was so thorough with all the lessons. She will make sure that you feel comfortable and make sure that you understand everything and if you make a mistake that’s ok she’ll explain why and not get annoyed. Cannot fault Helen and I’m so happy to have passed today! Thank you so much Helen

If you want a great instructor that will fill you with confidence while driving I would definitely pick Helen, she is a nice lady and is always there for you if you need anything driving or not! I was always scared of driving from a personal experience when I was a child and always felt unsafe in a car but when I started driving with Helen I always felt safe. Any mistakes she would tell me but not be annoyed at me which made me more determined. Honestly recommend Helen to anyone that wants to learn. No words can describe how I felt when I passed so I’ll leave it there.

From my first lesson with Richard almost a year ago right up until passing my test he has helped me to build up my confidence more and more with my driving. Richard taught me how to drive safely, to carry out my manoeuvres perfectly as well as my lane positioning, roundabouts, show/tell questions, road signs, dealing with out-of-the-ordinary situations when on the road and and all about what to expect for when my test came around as well as the other necessities too. He ensures that each lesson, the atmosphere in the car is calm and positive; puts any nerves to rest and makes sure that you are comfortable and ready - I have had a few instructors over the years but if I had to pick one I would definitely 100% recommend Richard.
