With out question the best place to have your children learn one of the most valuable lessons in life. Self worth and preservation! One of, if not the best teacher in the business Rob Freedman (Blackburn Predators) is the man to do it for you and your children. If you want your children to grow up with the skills to deal with life, get fit and learn the faster growing sport MMA then do not hesitate to bring them here. No ego's exist in this place so if you expect one do not fear. £6 for a 2 day a week under 12's training session. I'm indebted to this place as the transformation of my kids is incredible. The sad thing in all this is, this place with how well they can teach and train everyone should be packed to the rafters but isn't so if you think you're turning up to a full class of zombified children doing line drills, punching and kicking like a lot out there then you'll be pleasantly surprised. I can hand on heart say that this place has me addicted and I only watch!! If you're going to do anything for your children boy or girl then get your a*se down with your kids on Tues and Thurs from 5pm. Thanks Rob...

This gym is a great place! It has classes for beginners and advanced skill levels. The people are very respectful of each other and help understanding of what is being taught if you're struggling. The gym caters for people that want to go in the cage but also if you just want to get fitter or learn a new skill. Rob is a fantastic teacher with a wealth of knowledge and a great teaching style.

Perfect place for anyone of any age, weight, sex, ethnicity or experience due to the welcoming family vibe where egos and ildiscipline are firmly left at the door so good times and hard work can proceed. Cannot say enough good things about this gym and the people inside of this establishment.

Great, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Rob provides fun, detailed and challenging classes which are getting kids off the streets, teaching them to protect themselves and changing their lives. Some of the pupils have even gone on to compete at a high level.
