Ignore these reviews, this place offers so much support to younger people including help with provisional, education, passport, they host cooking sessions 3 times a week. They feed people and on holidays like Christmas they make everyone a big Christmas dinner and give out chocolates. The foyer staff are amazing to us

The Person that Picked the Phone was Rude As hell I've never been spoken to like that in my life just Rang to ask if a family member was feeling okay As he's been seriously ill and wouldn't pick up the phone he couldn't even bother to say We will check on him Rude Ride Rude Deserves to get sacked.

Horrible place to live also I was in hospital for a week when having my son came back to a leak in the roof above my bed so they said I couldn't stay there for a week ended up being 2 weeks luckily Could stay at my sisters as didn't offer me a different place while they sorted it also said they wouldn't charge me the 2 weeks rent which they still took bare in mind I was just turned 19 had my first child newborn treated ne disgracefully least they should of done is not charged me the 2 weeks rent that they kicked me out for because they wasn't checking my flat while I was there but happy to barge in my room first thing when I'm naked and been up with baby through night to ask me where his food is erm he's bloody weeks old hes still breastfeeding idiots they are highly recommend avoiding at all costs
