I started at Blush 12 years ago. I have grown strong, improved my confidence and progressed through the class levels over the years (in Pole and heels classes. But mostly I have gained a brilliant group of friends. I recommend Blush for high quality dance instruction and a great supportive environment to learn with the bonus of making friends.

Great place to bring children to start them on aerial hoop and silks. My daughter has been attending for 8 years and loves it. There are classes to suit all abilities from young to old, I would highly recommend Blush Dance and Blush Kids.

Blush is a very welcoming studio with friendly and encouraging instructors. Learning aerial hoop has been a great way to keep fit and build strength while also building confidence and having fun.

I joined Blush when I moved to Manchester and it’s a studio where you feel welcome, part of the family and leave after every pole session feeling confident and constantly learning new skills.
The people here are so friendly and supportive, and I’m truly sad to leave such an amazing studio but am relocating.
The teaching is superb, Becky is so patient and kind. I’ve tried a few studios around Manchester and Blush blows the others out the water.

I have been dancing at blush on & off for around 10 years, it’s such a lovely fun place to be, the team there are great as well as the students.
Always made to feel comfortable & help always there. Lots of fun moves & routines to learn! I’ve enjoyed silks & hoop but pole & heels have my heart!
had to leave as I’ve moved out of the area, thank you for starting me out on my aerial journey 🩷

I've since moved away from Manchester but wanted to shout about this place because I really loved being a student at Blush. Bex, the owner, is a great teacher, and she creates an environment where women can thrive. She's also built up an amazingly kind, compassionate and fun team to be around and learn from. If you're looking to make friends, feel body confident, and have a good time, you should really go to Blush. You can even try it out at one of their taster sessions.

Pole silks-who knew? Absolutely loved this workshop. Amy explains everything so clearly and gives alternative moves (easier or more challenging) so everyone can access and enjoy. Think pole silks might be my new favourite thing!! Thanks again Blush for another fantastic workshop.
