Just completed my FREC 4 course at BM Ambulance. The course was outstanding due to the amazing knowledge, passion and enthusiasm of the instructor. Sam has such a greater depth of knowledge every question had an answer and her ability to get all the students to such a high level is a total compliment to her. Her years of working on the front line really added a motivation for all the students to try and be as good as they could.

Completed my frec3 at BM. Having 5 days to learn everything was a bit daunting with all the new information I had to take in and remember. Kevin was an amazing trainer, he made it a fun and relaxed environment. He always took his time and went at our pace to make sure we understood everything correctly. He was always answering any questions we had and was happy to help. I would 100% recommend the training at BM

Done a good training course with Kevin. Won't lie it was a very tensed course for me. But well worth it, a big eye opener. 5 others on training as well from which everyone was made comfortable. Great entertaining FREC3 trainer, Kevin. For a very nervous, inexperienced delegate, I was made to feel very much at ease and part of the training itself. Brilliant.

Lovely training held by John and Sarah, difficult topic but they did it so well and they have both stressed how important mental health is. It was great and I would encourage staff to do it
