Things would be far better if the manager here is changed. She thinks she owns the place. Felt like a third world country visiting this branch due to her rude full of attitude behaviour with the customers Infront of us and then us lol. Or give her a holiday.

I would give 0 stars.
Terrible Pharmacist Service. I came to ask about Chicken Pox/Shingles and sent me to GP when the NHS guidelines say you can get treatment from pharmacist. I went to Petter Pharmacy just around the corner with amazing service.

The lady with the two nose rings really needs to learn to be discreet. She was showing my prescription to the entire store asking if I minded the two different boxes whilst really annoyingly loudly sucking a lolly. Really disturbed by her behaviour.

I have used the pharmacy here multiple times and not once has it been a smooth experience. From denying an emergency prescription to ignoring people at the pharmacy counter and taking days (yes, days) to fill prescriptions, I have decided I will no longer be using their poor services.

Easily the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.
The pharmacy staff is too busy having a chat to serve customers promptly and will make you wait over 10 mins just to get your prescription.

Great experience with a flu vaccine today - my first visit to this store. Seemed well stocked (unlike many other branches). Served quickly, despite turning up early for my appointment. Efficient and helpful.

Worth noting there were also many different appointments available, unlike nearby stores that only seemed to have availability for one appointment per week.

This Boots is poorly stocked with very little choice of brands. It’s too small to actually have the variety of things needed. Several times I’ve had to wait 15 mins + to speak to the pharmacist and then wait 10 + more
mins for the prescription. I’m here in a queue of people waiting to get prescriptions and they’re now writing people’s mobile phone numbers down and saying they’ll get a text message when their prescription will be ready. I’ve been in this tiny store for 30 now and there is one chair… I won’t have my prescriptions sent here again and will have to order anything in actually need from Boots online as they rarely have what I’m looking for. Very disappointing as a local pharmacy.

I have to say that the pharmacist has
been really helpful and great - there have been numerous cases over the last couple of years where my prescription isn’t available but they have done everything they can to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible and I’m so grateful for this. Yes the store doesn’t have a huge range (high risk for theft doesn’t make sense to volume stack shelves) but I really appreciate the support and courtesy of the pharmacy and their support staff so thank you!
