A part for my chainsaw broke under warranty. It's been an absolute nightmare trying to get a replacement. There are none in this county and it's not clear when I will ever get one. Badly engineered chainsaw and terrible customer service.

I bought a Bosch robot lawnmower for £850. It’s broke after less than a year so I sent it back under warranty. The terms and conditions said that they would return it to me within five working days. Two weeks later, I’ve still not received it back and when I telephoned this repair centre, I was told that there was a backlog in the workshop and they couldn’t give me any indication of when I would get my lawnmower back.
