I've been going to Bourne Fitness for 6 months and I'm absolutely loving it! My go to classes are small PT with Nathan and Hyrox with Lauren and my strength and fitness has improved massively. They are both such knowledgeable and lovely people and bring such fun energy to their classes. I would definitely recommend to all ages and abilities!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love Bourne Fitness. Lauren and Nathan are amazing, super motivating and genuinely supportive. The classes are always fun and different each week, so it never feels repetitive. The studio has a great vibe. It's hard getting up for a 7am Friday morning class, but I genuinely never dread going to the HYROX classes!

This is an amazing gym experience! The team are super welcoming, friendly and helpful. Nathan pushes you to keep making progress and is able to accommodate all levels and abilities within one class. They’re really validating and the class programmes are well thought out. A really great gym (with great playlists too)!

I’m so glad bourne fitness opened in balham - we were lacking a gym like this. I’ve tried all the classes and there’s a great selection. The instructors are the right amount of pushy but kind. And the best bit there’s never more then 8 people in a class. Would highly recommend anyone/everyone to try a class - you’ll be hooked after one!

Nathan, Sam and team are super knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging. The classes are really tailored so great for everyone whether you're new to it or if you've lots of experience and want more of a challenge. It's great to have the range of different strength and cardio classes with both indoor and outdoor options. And something that makes Bourne Fitness feel unique is that you really have a sense of being part of a fun, welcoming, inclusive community. Hugely recommend, you will love it!

I've attended a number of Nathan's classes and they are fantastic. Great non intimidating atmosphere and energy in the lovely Tooting Common with just the right amount of people to create a great group vibe and proper personal attention. There's a good range of exercises across all the classes that ensure all fitness goals are met - strength and cardio. Nathan knows his craft well and provides excellent direction and a good set of equipment for the outdoors. Recommend highly!
