Really great, inclusive BJJ gym. All coaches have extensive knowledge, and classes run all week/multiple times a day so there’s plenty of variety for any schedule. The women’s only class is a great add-on which many other gyms don’t offer.

Daniel was very welcoming and accommodating, allowing my three to take their time to settle in and decide whether they liked it, before committing financially.

my son and i have been members for a year now and i am so glad we joined.my son (9 years old ) wasn’t into any sport or anything apart from his i pad -he wasn’t confident at first ( to be honest it was daunting for me too starting at the age of 47) but confidence grew quickly in both of us and the bond between us as well-we both love it and the amount of classes available to you us means we have so much choice on when to go.i am so impressed with the disapline in the classes-this comes from the top-the owner Daniel Cox is highly respected by all involved in the club and in the sport of bjj -my sons schoolwork and home behaviour has massively improved in the passed year.i have also experienced some hugh benefits-i am and always will be a bit of a stress head but the days i train i am horizontal for the rest of the day and my mood is so much lighter! i have had terrible back issues over the passed years but my training has helped me lose a lot of weight and feel physically strong again -i can’t recommend enough parents giving bjj ago with thier kids at Dan’s fabulous club

A good mix of people here, ideal for newbie (White belts) to more experienced belts (Blue, Brown plus).

The instructors are approachable and bring good amount of experience and knowledge, with particular focus and consideration to white belts.

The classes are well structured, with a focus on a theme each week which is carried over each day.

I can say you will learn something new on each session. Near the end of the session you have the option to carry out what has been learnt, this is optional.

Love this place, have learnt so much in short amount of time.

Very lucky to have a good collection of students and teachers.
