Stayed here in a chalet with my young grandson when attending my eldest grandson's wedding last year. Our chalet was spotless. We had the choice of three beds all of which were very comfortable. The owners were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the on site cafe was amazing. Plenty to eat, beautifully cooked and nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff. Perfect for us, perfect weather and perfect wedding at the nearby Apple Farm. Unforgettable weekend.

We had a very pleasant stay in this camping, we came fully self sufficient as the facilities were closed due to COVID 19. This is exactly what we were looking for, clifftop campsite with great views, non busy and close to nature. |The owner Charlotte was a perfect host from first communication until our departure. |There is EHU available but we chose the field without as it was less busy. |If you are looking for a simple campsite with easy access to a sandy beach this is the place.

Very basic, but comfy bed,hot shower and beautiful views. The lady who looks after the rooms does her best to keep guests happy and was very helpful. We only paid a small amount to stay and was definitely worth it. Don't expect and luxury, but a lot better than camping. Incredible views too.

To start with, the photos and facilities you see here on google are of yesteryears. They say the rooms and shower/ toilet facilities are closed because of COVID-19 but no. They have been sealed, while the neighbouring campsite has all the facilities open. My assumption is because the cliff edge had collapsed, the facilities were sealed-off. There is no beach access. There is no wifi. no breakfast. It is just a land with electric supply to power your RVs. The worst stay experience I had. The site manager was one of the most rude and arrogant people I have ever met in my life. Evicting someone from camp site without any warning or any discussion is not human at all and that too on a weekend when there were no other accommodation available on the island and the ferry service to main land was all full. We had to sleep in the car in a public car park for whole night till we got access to the ferry. He completely ruined our holidays.

This is the last of it's kind, originally built in the 1930's, the ballroom ravaged by fire in the 1990's. If you are looking for a peaceful holiday, this is the place for you. They offer basic chalets at a great rate, b&b, caravans or tents. Under new ownership, hopefully there are good times ahead for this site, before the cliff lays claim to a piece of history. Hopefully they'll have the indoor swimming pool up and running again soon too!!

One of the oldest holiday camp in the world. While facilities can be basic, it's set in an absolutely stunning location overlooking the sea. Probably best to make sure you have good walking boots or your own transport. The owners and staff here are very friendly and enthusiastic.

I stayed here for just one night in a bed & breakfast chalet while walking some of the coast path. Location couldn't have been better for me as the path passes right through the site. The walk to the village is pleasant, mainly off road and takes about 30 minutes. The Three Bishops Inn does nice food and a lovely pint of Doombar.||||The chalet was clean but could do with a little TLC to bring it up to date. Only a couple of Freeview channels worked on the TV and there is no wi-fi. The owner was nice and friendly and the breakfast was tasty.||||Considering how basic things were I felt that £40.00 didn't represent very good value compared to some of the other places that I stayed.

Beautiful views to wake up to!!! Nice camping areas, not packed in like sardines with ample play areas for the kids and dog. Big heated indoor pool, with a kids playground and BBQ area. Very retro but very clean campsite with access to kitchen when it is too wet and windy to cook (and boy can it get windy!!!), and an on-site laundrette for drying your swimming cossies. Even has a pool table and some arcade machines to keep the kids entertained. Excellent for cliff top walks, though I think some kind of fence would give parents and dog owners a little more peace of mind. All in all, a very enjoyable camping experience. Highly recommended and will come again!!!
