Sadly a very poor experience. Had to chase our order, took 5 minutes to realise they were looking in the wrong folder had to repeat myself constantly (Might be worth writing down details when you take a call). Assured it would be sent but never arrived. Took the day off work as my child was getting distressed about not having the uniform. Drove to Bridgnorth 2 days before school starts to find out where the uniform was as their phones have been engaged for the past 3 days. Arrived to be told that the order was out for delivery...should arrive today. Was asked why I hadn't called which is frustrating when you have tried many times and it was always engaged. We ordered at the start of August in a very timely fashion. Unprofessional and incompetent with no customer service nor thought for the stress they are putting on children or parents.
Still working in a very old fashioned way which is terribly inefficient.
I genuinely hope no one else has this kind of service....they have been in business a while so I suppose it is seen as if it ain't broke don't fix it.
It broke this time and we the customer suffered.

What a shambles we ordered our sons uniform 3 weeks ago we were told they would contact us. No contact off them whatsoever so eventually I rang them and they didn't have a clue what was going on. I explained I had paid via PayPal and that my son will be starting school shortly to be told they were having issues with supplier. Surely if your supplier is letting you down you look for another to save your custom. After 2 weeks we got 1 sweatshirt and 1 t-shirt. We are still waiting for second jumper and been told could be another 2 weeks. This is very poor customer service. We bought his polo neck shirts and trousers from asda with no hassle. I think it's poor that they rely on 1 company to provide uniforms.

OK, so they're not the fastest, but they are well informed, very helpful, and they sell good quality kit. Personally, I'd take their friendly, if ever so slightly shambolic ( Q. "Will you ring me when it arrives?" A. "Probably not to be honest!") customer service over some ruthlessly efficient and soulless national chain-store any day!

Why are these the only company we can buy our school uniform from. They are absolutely rubbish. Quick enough to take the money on same day has order, need to answer phone and empty their messages. Looks like kids won't have their things for when they go back to school. Still waiting two weeks after order.

Children back at school tomorrow - no delivery of uniform to school; all paid for, feel ripped off! unable to get through by phone- no reply from email

Placed my order monday morning and they were ready that afternoon..such a lovely lady in the shop..made a saving by using Bristow will be using them again when need more school jumpers...not far to go from ludlow..

It's Saturday and I Just ordered a gold polo shirt from Bristow, the gentleman who answered the phone was polite and helpful, the shirt will be delivered to my daughters school Friday
