Rude, Unprofessional and Scammers!!!

Took my money for a course on 8th Sept. I phoned and was dealt with by a very rude lady, what she was saying was raising a lot of red flags. She then told me the course was cancelled on Tuesday (Luckily I rang up). She also told me they don't do refunds (Is this even legal, when you are the ones that cancelled?). I then emailed, and the email reply was actually polite, but still said they do not under any circumstances issue refunds. So if you book and pay your money, they can cancel and leave you out of pocket. Get scam! Really profitable scam. Luckily I paid by credit card, so I am protected. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR PRODUCT SHOP!! I ordered a 'Strong, Fast drying' Lash glue and it was absolutely awful. It was not fast drying and I had all of my clients come back saying all of their lashes had fallen out, resulting in me losing time and money giving free infills. I contacted them via Whatsapp AND email complaining and asking for a refund and received no useful response! I still haven't had a refund and had no reply since 10th July

*My experience - DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANT*
After reading mixed reviews I booked with this company for eyelash extensions course a about 3 weeks ago, I have already attended courses at “The Beauty Academy” (who are absolutely fantastic), but I just was swayed to try this one as a kit was including in the package. When I arrived at the hotel 9am as it requested in the email with about 30 other women, the trainers turned us all away saying it didn’t start till 10 o’clock, they told us they are all freelance trainers who already had a course going on till that time, so basically there had been little and incorrect information shared between trainers and the company. When we finally got in the room there were about 30 girls in there and we sat in rows being lectured by the unenthusiastic trainer at the front of the room. We then had a quick demo of how to apply just 1 eyelash and remove one eyelash with every other girl in the room also surrounding this table so you can’t see much anyway. We then had to practice application of classic lashes to a pair of strip but in any random order you are not taught lash mapping. Then all you have to do is apply 2 lashes to a girls eye and you’re done. Course finished at 1.30 (so that’s 3 hours as you have 30 min lunch). I was told my cert would come in post as I booked on just a few days before my course and they didn’t have enough for us extra girls. I emailed them after 1 week of no cert this was last Monday (now it’s saturday and still no reply) so now it’s been just over 2 weeks since the course with no certificate. THE WORST COMPANY - no communication. - bad training. - too many people. - now have stolen my money as I passed the course according to trainer and still no certificate.

London Docklands

I attended the London Docklands lash lifting course and was apprehensive given the previous reviews, but I thought this was a great experience and good group size for the two trainers.

Pros - very informative, answered alot of questions, gave some real examples, greats for beginners, if ordered the kit it is decent and great to practice with (you will need to buy additional bits too but these can be brought from amazon)

Cons- would be better if you could take a model to practice on, either would use a dummy and practice using a strip lash or the other people who were on the course with you.

overall great value for money

I did an eyelash course and I wasn't happy with the course. It felt rushed and the course content wasn't intense enough. The trainer knew what she was doing but I felt like there wants enough time as she was telling us she had a class booked in straight after us. Course was meant to finish at 2pm but we finished at 1.30pm and felt like we were getting rushed out of the room. There was not enough time for us to practice an full eyelash removal

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! Paid £300 for courses, no response! This is a FAKE COMPANY! They are still taking your money, you can still book courses! But they scam you for your money! Disgusting! Get onto your bank, tell them about the scam! And they will reimburse you! 🙂
This company is now being investigated thankfully! So other people won’t be scammed! Do not purchase anything!

Please do not use!! I was so excited to do my training but on the day 10 of us arrived and the course had only provided enough training kits for 2 people, they were also only expecting 2 people. The rest would not be getting their kits for the next week. The instructor was repetitive and not very helpful. Needless to say I had more training far more professionally elsewhere.

I CAN NOT EXPRESS ENOUGH HOW MUCH THIS PLACE SHOULD BE AVOIDED! absolute disgrace!

I was due to go on a course the 25th of November, I received a messege Thursday telling me it was cancled, after I replied asking for my refund or to change dates all they replied was, none of our courses are refundable. I have called and text numerous amounts of times with no reply atall. I am now disputing it with my bank.

Prior to this cancellation I also called up when the second lock down was put in place to find out what happens, the lady answered her phone with a moody hello, signal was really bad, she didn't intoduse her self, and wasn't helpful Atall!!

This place needs to be shut down and I will stop at nothing to ensure it is!! So let's all pull together and get them closed down. They have scammed far to many people now!! I will never purchase online with out looking at Google reviews again.
