I have been riding off and on since my childhood and in my 50’s I had the pleasure of discovering Bulby near to where I live in Bourne, Lincs. I’m now 62, and this riding stables is my happy place for sure. I have a favourite pony. (Of course!) The utterly dependable Oscar. Never lets me down and who has given me back my confidence since discovering I had breast cancer and going through the treatment, and osteoarthritis which limits my mobility somewhat.
All the staff are amazing and incredibly friendly. Always welcoming and go out of their way to make sure you are settled on your pony before hacking out or going for a lesson. I have also made an incredible friend who I met at the stables and we ride together there as often as we can. Horse riding isn’t the cheapest hobby but I will not give up riding now I’ve found how fulfilling it is at Bulby. I always come away smiling, and I urge anyone who’s thinking of starting up. Do go for it! It really is the best and you have such beautiful countryside to ride in. You will not be disappointed! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Bulby every time!!

Lovely stables, staff and saddle clubbers make it great place to learn to ride, maintain and respect horses. My daughter has been learning here, she is progressing well and really enjoys every lesson. Saddle club days are certain
ly worthwhile experiences for budding equestrians, and Lilly has enjoyed every day or half day she has attended. The tuition is brilliant and we are particularly fond of Alex's teaching style. Highly recommend Bulby Equestrian Centre!

What a lovely experience Rory had (aged just 6). The instructor Lisa was friendly and put him at ease straight away. He enjoyed walking around the school with Dino. It was his first ever lesson but he can't wait to go back. Thank you Bulby.

I try to go weekly, had 6 lessons now, lovely horses, friendly trainers, wealth of knowledge, animals kept well and trainers know the levels, skills, and as far as I can tell health of each animal really well.
