My daughter and I were fortunate to join in the children's and adult gymkhana at Christmas at Burley Villa.

We both had a wonderful time, their horses are fit, safe and responsive, their staff are helpful and facilities very well maintained. The indoor arena really is a Godsend as the rain caused no issues at all!

We have our own horses but I recommend Burley Villa to all riders of all levels and experience. We will be back! Thank you.

Casey and Ruby are so fantastic that we'd love them as our own!

Amazing time on the pony trek with 9 and 5 year olds. Staff great at quelling nerves on children as first time riders and the kids absolutely enjoyed the experience and asking to go again. Horses were amazing and sized to the children. Would recommend in a heartbeat to anyone thinking of going.

A fantastic place to ride! Phil was super accommodating to my last minute request for a private ride with my 5yo on a days notice. Everyone was so encouraging and supportive of my little one who had never ridden before and was a little scared, he had the best experience and came away incredibly proud of himself with a love of horse riding, or more specifically riffing Merlin. He has asked to come back again for a longer ride! The staff were all friendly and chatty during the ride happy to share local knowledge and experience. Thank you, I would give you more stars if I could!

Tammy, the instructor was very friendly and welcoming for my first lesson. Her horse Tiggy was a star, and it was a great introduction to Western. The arena and stables are well kept and Tammy was very helpful during the ride

We are having regular western riding lessons with Tammy and the instruction is great! The team around her are friendly and helpful, the horses are lovely. Well run, clean and tidy riding centre and livery Horse welfare is key to these guys.

Tammy was very clear on instructions & kept us safe. My husband & I went on the 2 hour trail ride today. There was 6 of us altogether. Everyone who spoke to us was genuinely lovely. All the horse were beautiful, look loved & were well behaved, ❤️ love their characters I felt like Chief looked after me well, he knew he didn't want to be left behind . I was nervous to start with, but soon learnt I was in safe hands. You can see the whole of Burley Villa School looks so well maintained. Tammy works hard, but makes it look effortless. She & her team made the whole experience magical for us ✨️ A dream come true for me. If you are thinking of going to Burley Villa School, don't think too long, just go for it. I highly recommend them.

What a fab place!!! Beautiful stables with happy horses in them. Wonderful indoor school with a perfect surface for Western moves!! Also a lovely outdoor arena. Tammy is such a warm person, made me feel really welcome ... when she teaches, she makes it fun, she is a great communicator ... lucky students! And I could have sat all day watching her ride!!! Cant wait to do a clinic there! 😁🐎
