My son attended only 3to 4 hours in this nursery he was only 15 months old at the time when I wanted to pick him up I could hear his voice from main road he was screaming I could feel this is my son.I just looked from outside he was lying down in the garden around 4 pm in the cold and rain all staff were on their phone and no one absolutely no one was caring about when I rang the buzz one of the staff brought son with the runny nose close to his mouth and no one even didn't clean him.I paid £100 as deposit and now they asking to pay full amount. This worse ever nursery.People please before take your child in have a look to their rate on google you will understand how they are.

Amazing Day Nursery, I have two children that attend the baby and preschool unit. My son has progressed from Babies and will be leaving for school in September. He has blossomed so much and always comes home talking about what he has learned. As for my daughter in babies she is already showing signs of being ready for toilet training and learning new words rapidly. Cannot recommend them enough!

My Little boy was attending few days in February, from beginning , place wasn’t 100 💯 sure but I have a try us my friend children was attending some time ago and she was ok,
My little boy didn’t settle properly, staff couldn’t help him enough us I have seen him crying ,and crying , nobody cares and then they said he was absolutely fine , finally day , on the way to work they rang me just 20 min after dropping, My son was very emotional and he vomit and I have to collect him asap, they shouldn’t gave him breakfast till he was calm and settled, anyway after conversation with manager she tried to apologise and offered next session free of charge but I wasn’t happy and safe to leave him in Apsley busy bees and go to work .
Ps
Received invoice to pay for days my son never attended.

My son has been going to Busy Bees for almost a year now and he loves it. The team are amazing, and everyone knows my son, even the teachers that aren't in his room. I like that we always know how his day went, and the cute things he did, or a new skill/word he learned. We had to change his schedule a few times and the front office are accommodating and helpful. I feel he is growing well and being loved and cared for when I drop him off.

THEY CANNOT CARE LESS!
We registered our daughter on an open day, because everything seemed perfect, the staff seemed very friendly and careful. They said that in the baby room for 12-24 months they encourage independence, for example they let babies blow their nose, but the staff will always be behind their back to ensure it is done properly. They also said they don’t let babies cry to fall asleep, but they rock them instead or sing or anything else but cry it out.
When we went for our settle in session, it was all a completely different story:
It was raining outside and all the staff were wearing the outside soes in he baby unit, same were babies who could walk - imagine how messy it was there, and my daughter is crawling and she puts everything in her mouth.
A lot of babies were ill (runny nose, cough) and wuthij the one hour we spent there, only one member of staff wiped one baby’s nose, all the others were really messy and noone really cared..
The first impression was that all babies were very very sad, they weren’t laughing or interacting to each other- the last thing I want for my daughter is to become a sad baby.
Babies were crying, but noine really seemed to care, it seemed to be more of a matter of ticking boxes (feed, change nappy, give them some toys and that’s it).
I asked again how they put babies to sleep, and I was told that they don’t let them cry TOO MUCH, so their method is actually cry it out, completely the opposite of what we were told when we registered.
After the settle in session, I called the reception and talked to the admin lady and informed that we are no longer happy to go ahead, giving them the reasons. She insisted on myself accepting a call back from one of the staff in the baby unit, but noone has called back, THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE.
The overall impression - it is a messy nursery, with careles staff and sad babies, that do not seem to enjoy tge place.
If you want to visit this nursery, definitely do not go on an open day, just book a visit when kids are there, to see the real vibe of a normal day in this nursery.

Visited that place and the pre school area was filthy and not hygienic what so ever. The kids were crying but no one cared. The center director (acting) was not supportive or friendly in any manner.
