Would highly recommend Byrne Black Belt Academy. My children thoroughly enjoy their lessons, bringing out confidence in them, making new friends, learning a fantastic sport which they respect. Having fun whilst achieving goals.. the hard work and dedication the instructors and students put in certainly pays off. Treated like one big family! 👊

i pay just under £30a month for my child, this is to include 2 lessons a week,1 as an after school club, and one in the next village. this seemed great value at first, HOWEVER the lesson is often cancelled on the day, and the one after school obviously only runs during school term. the weekly lesson also doesn't run on bank holidays.. . so for the whole of the school holidays, ive paid for essentially 12 lessons.... and only two have been run. . the company do say you can go to a different class, HOWEVER this isnt do-able if you work/have other commitments or dont have transport to alternative classes. also, the parents choose when their child graduates. . its 30quid for each graduation, which includes a belt, which sell online for a, 5er.all kids get scored during the graduation on their skills, form etc. but each child automatically graduates, my child passed their graduation, and how the did was beyond me, as she was awful in all honesty! ! also seems that ed is too busy trying to impress the parents than teach the kids. would be much better if it was pay by lesson. theres also a 30£ yearly "fee", that you pay in april... yet no one seems to know what theyre paying for!! and explanations on why are very unclear. i know quite a few parents have either left and changed their kid to a different karate class, or who are considering it, all because the lessons get cancelled with no refund..

Byrne Black Belt Academy offer a character education programme for Children.

We have one of the best Sport Karate Teams in the UK, Consistently winning major competitions, they compete at the highest level, competing Nationally and Internationally. At Present there are British, European and World Champions on the Team, we have produced 111 World Champions, the Team are also ranked No3. In Europe. In March 2017, the under 12 yrs team, beat 32 Countries to win the Wako World Cup Team Event at the World’s largest Sport Karate Competition “The Irish Open”.
