I've trained with Rich since he was at an amateur boxing club, while the venue may have changed, the quality of his 1-2-1 and the value of group boxing classes, has only increased.

A welcoming group and relaxed atmosphere, for new people a great place to begin learning techniques and for those with experience a great way to build back into it.

He'll push your fitness and test your abilities.
