Hello, my name is Luciana. I'm here to tell you a little about what I've been going through here in London. I've always wanted to study in this country. So I did everything I could to stay in the country and to do that, to have access to school and to learn a language that is so beautiful and that can help me a lot in the future. I've been studying at this college for a year. I've learned a little because I didn't know anything, not even the English alphabet. But my experience at this college hasn't been good at all. I feel frustrated. I think the teachers don't have patience with the students. Well, a year has passed, so I was happy because I thought I would improve a little, learn to speak and communicate with my friends and places I go. Unfortunately, I don't think it's going to work out. What I see and feel from the teachers is that they want to teach people who know how to speak English, and I don't know how to speak it. I'm scared. I get nervous when the teachers talk to me because they make bad faces at the students when they get stuck and can't answer what they ask. But I don't understand why they act like that because we're going to school to learn. If I looked for a college to study, it's because I really don't know how to speak English. I've never studied English in my life. My dream is to learn English. But I don't think I'll be able to do it. I feel depressed when a teacher makes fun of a student when the student doesn't know how to speak English. And I'm going through this. I don't want to go to college, because when I go, I go through things that hurt me, I feel humiliated in front of the whole class. Today is my third day of class and I was once again embarrassed in front of everyone. The teacher asked a question that I've never heard in my life. I didn't know how to answer it, and she made a mocking face like, "I can't believe you don't know." Like, "What are you doing in my class?" And to make the story better, she said that there's an exam tomorrow, like a test or something like that, and I don't even know what it's about because classes have been going on for three days and I haven't studied a single subject with her. Every day I feel embarrassed. I feel like a fish out of the aquarium. What was supposed to be good for me, which was studying, is now a nightmare. I'm going to college, but in reality I didn't want to show up, but there I feel like nothing. I had other expectations. I thought it would be great to study in London with English teachers. But it's not like that. I'm in shock, in a terrible depression. I want to give up and never go back to studying. I'm still going. Tomorrow, we'll see how this exam or test goes, I don't know. We'll see what happens. But in truth, I'm scared and very afraid.

Didn’t have a teacher my entire year at college and no one told me why. Didn’t tell me anything so I didn’t come into class and got almost kicked out. Security is horrible they have wannabe roadmen that have weed and weapons but no one gets checked or anything so they roam around without anything happening had a few issues personally. Some teachers are really nice and helpful though like the 2 ladies in the help centre.

Anita O'Sullivan Curriculum Manager LLDD & ALS (EC) of enfield College, absolutely disrespectful and rude to me on the phone, she even had the audacity to end the phone in my face as my brother has ECHP They were acting like they were gonna give him the level 3 prolonging everything and now my brother is still not in a college or a school and my brother is very intelligent and he has all his GCSEs is just that he has difficulties but they made it seem like they could accommodate to it.

amazing college!!! the teachers go above and beyond to make sure you are well taught. the coursework and assignments are easy to follow, with clear instructions on how to complete them. The college also has a safe environment where everybody feels inclusive. All in all, it is the ideal place to get a qualification and learn valuable skills to enhance one's future.

Awful college. Teachers are immature and senior staff only try to cover their own backs. Security guards here harass the girls. Do not enrol at this place!

This college is the best I've ever been to, the IT department gives you a lot of motivation to help you progress to the next course. They have a safe environment for students who would like to learn. They give feedback to students without asking just so they could improve their work. They also give out motivation to help students who are well behind and need to catch up. They provide careers as well as work experience to help students get their senior jobs which they can then improve their skills and get the dream job they would like in the near future. I would have given this a 5 star if the English department would show the same lack of motivation as the IT department did.

Wind turbine operations course is top tier. Life changing opportunity for those looking to enter a growing secure industry. Shoutout to Nick, Danny and Owen. Instructors are experts in their field. Well done CCCG for expanding in this area.
