Having recently been in need of an urgent GP appointment inrand at 8am on the Monday morning to get through within a couple of minutes. Spoke with a lady called Kim on the phone who was brilliant, understanding and considerate. Got an appointment at 10.30am that morning with Dr De.
Dr De was superb and I discovered he was my allotted GP luckily. He was very amenable, informative and spot on with my predicament and jow long it may take to recover (still am 10 days later).
I feel blessed to have this facility available compared to where I lived before. Superb.

Other than the receptionist this surgery is a joke!!! My son nearly died when he was a baby!! The dr didn't even examine him, she just said that he looks fine!! That night he was really bad. Come morning he was grey, blue, floppy, and lifeless!!

Then they've put me at risk too! One time I nearly died!!

Honestly this surgery is JOKE!

Having moved to the area nearly 12 months ago, I have used the Centre and Pharmacy on a number of occasions over this period. I have consistently been very impressed with the professional service and level of care I have received from both these areas. I have found the nurse practitioner system used within the Centre, which I have not experienced before, innovative, efficient, and effective.

The surgery seems to be back to normal after the Covid years for face to face appointments which I have had need of three times recently. I saw two different GPs and the appointments were unhurried and thorough; I felt I was listened to and am pleased with the service I received.

I explained my predicament and was advised I could be on Yr books for 15 weeks, now it transpires it's 16 days, this was due to either being on holiday for three months or visiting, my urine sample submitted went missing as I was deleted thanks

The dispensery at dersingham Carole brown health centre is impossible to reach, on three occasions I have received cancelled medication and I'm now short of medication and after many attempts of phoning I have given up.
All other staff have been wonderful.

I understand the pressure staff are under but the failures of this practice need addressing. If the village capacity is increasing the surgery need more GPs to meet the demand.

Having just moved to the area and registered with the surgery, I wasn't sure what to expect. My initial contact with the reception staff was amazing. Incredibly friendly and very professional and squeezed us in for an urgent appointment. I have also spoken with the pharmacy section who were also Incredibly helpful in sorting a prescription as we had issues with our online service. Really happy with the service.
