I’m 49 and tried the taster session with my son who is 17. Signed up the same night we liked it soo much.

Very friendly, welcoming and not at all intimidating. Only been going a few weeks but already feel as though we have learnt basic self defence techniques and more self confidence.

On top of the self defence it’s a good workout 🙂

Highly recommend to anyone to at least try the taster session.
