Where do I start!!?
- soft serve training-
This course was amazing we learnt so much information about the machines we currently use or may want to purchase in the future. A chance to get hands on with all the different types of machines, learning recipes and lots of new ideas to bring to soft serve!
Was a small group of people meaning it was almost 1 on 1, the guys running the course were really helpful and welcoming answering all my stupid questions!

If you’re on the edge about investing into one of these machines… just do it! You won’t regret it, services and parts are easily accessible.

Although I already had some knowledge and experience making ice cream, learning more about gelato and sorbet was quite beneficial. My teacher, Joe, was really personable and shared a lot of information about Gelato and other topics outside of the lesson. A good combination of theory and practical.

Joe is an impeccable human who goes above and beyond. the machines themselves are incredible but I really do want to stress that the uk team is insanely benefited by this mans performance and willingness to help all customers, whether its advice on recipes to get the most out of your machine, or its advice on the machines and maintaining them.

Attended the two day Basic Gelato Course with Chef Joe. The test kitchen was well kitted out for the demonstrations and we learned about a variety of machines and processes. Joe provided the tools, background knowledge and practical tips to me to continue building on this as I build my own business. As a group of four attendees from different backgrounds, Joe catered the information to each of us providing an insight into the world of gelato and frozen deserts.
