I love Caterpillars Childcare. I have not had a single bad experience there. I feel completely safe and confident leaving my little girl with the very capable and competent adults taking care of the children. The nursery is welcoming, comfortable, fun and safe. My daughter is happy there and gladly goes towards each of the staff members when I drop her off. Every single one of them goes out of their way to show how much they care for the children, and always give detailed accounts of their day when you collect them. My daughter has access to a huge variety of good clean toys, plays outside as well as in, is kept clean and given plenty of healthy food. Her development is monitored carefully and in great detail, and talked about at parents evenings.
The payment system is clear and transparent and easy to arrange. Communication is equally easy and the staff are always on hand to answer questions either at the end of the day or over the phone/via email.
I would highly recommend this little family-friendly nursery and am happy to have my daughter go. I wouldn't take her out for the world! Thank you Caterpillars for taking such good care of her while I have to go to work.

Couldn't ask for a better nursery! They have done so much for both y daughter and now son with their learning and development and offer a fantastic transition into local schools for both kids and parents. My son wants to go every day even weekends he loves it there so much! There is so much support for parents, Rebecca the owner is always happy to invite parents in to help in anyway she can. The activities they offer are always creative and very rarely repeated so there's always something new including trips out. I love they practise yoga and mindfulness with the children and I will be genuinely sad when my kids journey at Caterpillars is over. I cant recommend this place more.

If you are looking at nurseries in the area please do not overlook Caterpillars without visiting.

Thankyou to Caterpillars for the last 5 years or so looking after our 2 boys that have both grown through the 3 age group rooms. We have loved the personal nature and individual characters that we/they have interacted with. It's a great mix of experience and youth but always enthusiastic and with the children central.

Our boys have come out from their time with you so confident and ready for the school environment. They interact well with their peers and are well liked. They were always happy knowing it was a nursery day and they always finished their days with you happy and tired (sleeping well).

I agree with others that you are a family friendly nursery that has helped support us being flexible around other life events such as new births.

Moved my daughter from another nursery as she just wouldn't settle. Spoke to Rebecca about our concerns and she listened + understood our worries about moving her again.
She's now well settled, excited to go each morning,she's happy there! She's grown massively in confidence and I'm so grateful for the work gone into that...i dont leave my children with many people but this nursery is fab! She loves each and every one of the staff especially Evie!!
We have updates + photos every time she's there of how she's doing and the observations are great. My only complaint is my meals at home are being compared to Tina's at nursery + they're just not up to scratch in the yummy factor!!

Both my eldest children have attended Caterpillars and my 3 year old is still there and loves it. My 5 year old always wants to pick his sister up so he can see the staff. They are all fantastic and never had any problems at all and are extremely helpful with things like potty training, trying new foods etc. Highly recommend

My son loved this nursery! The staff treat and look after the children like their own and my son was fond of them as much as they were of him. His confidence grew massively and made lots of friendships and with all the fun learning and play, he was more than ready to start school come September. Thank you caterpillars!

Amazing nursery, my daughter is always super excited to go to caterpillars! I love being up to date with how her day is going on the app! Lovely rooms, amazing staff and I will most certainley be sending my younger daughter here next year. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My daughter currently attends this nursery and we love it. They have been really involved in her development and any problems that have arisen have always been dealt with personally and empathetically. The owner, Rebecca, is very responsive to emails and any enquiries I have had and the pre-school room leaders have a lovely relationship with my daughter, she frequently tells me she loves them. Will definitely be sending any siblings here!
