On the 12 of December I went through a recertification course at my site in wellingborough, the trainer was very professional and friendly and a sucessful outcome was achieved, with me being recertificated on a material handlerling machine.

My training instructor, John Sinclair was absolutely brilliant. He explained absolutely everything in a nice simple manner so it was easy to understand and carried out the training in a non-pressure environment so it wasnt overbearing. His demos were easy to follow and simple to understand. If we needed more practice he allowed us to get a bit more comfortable with the exercise until we felt we were ready for our test. 10/10 would recommend John as an instructor if you are thinking about taking a refresher or course!

John was really helpful with the training. The training was very informative from a very knowledgeable person. John kept the training relaxed, while clearly instructing us on what we needed to learn for FLT training. When we did make mistakes (as you'll do when learning) he helped to explain why we went wrong and correct us. Very happy being taught by John and will hopefully be back for my next lot of training on another machine.

Johnathan was our instructor and he was great. He was patient and explained things thoroughly. One colleague was dreading the forklift course but by the end of day one he was volunteering to be first in line to get on. Can’t thank Johnathan enough x

I was quite nervous at the start of my forklift training, but my instructor, John, made the entire process so much easier. He was patient, clear, and incredibly supportive, which really helped me build my confidence. I’m so glad he put in the effort to guide me through. He’s a fantastic instructor, and I can’t recommend him enough. Five stars for John!
