Trying to find a place for my daughter to go to nursery and they don’t reply to emails. They emailed about arranging a viewing to which I replied and never had a response. Probably a god send if they can’t even reply to an email how could I trust them with my daughter.

A lovely nursery, both my kids have been going there since they were 6 months old, and have been looked after so well. They have really enjoyed their time at Chadwell Nursery. Will miss all the lovely staff. Thanks Aimee and team

Avoid this nursery like the plague, my wife and I have had a very bad experience with the nursery. my little boy was being assaulted here by another child, the nursery would do nothing about the issue, we asked to have the other child excluded, this was only after numerous assaults ie biting pushing around resulting in my child being injured, also my little boy almost lost an eye because the other child managed to throw a large wooden object at my boy hitting him just below the left eye 1 inch higher he could have lost an eye, we have spoken to other parents at the nursery who have had similar experiences, with the same child against their children. the final result was, because the nursery would do nothing I took it upon myself to approach the father of the child in question, he denied even being told by the nursery that his child had been involved with violence against my little boy, in turn he told the nursery management I had approached him resulting in my little boy losing his place at the nursery through no fault of his own. they did not have any duty of care to my little boy as the same thing happened on many occasions, they was more worried about the child that was inflicting damage and hurting my son. This is what happens when political correctness is taken to literally..

My daughter is going to this Nursury. I have had very bad experiences with management. For example; for just one letter they charge £25. Unlike other good Nursiries they offer only 5 hours a day and two days maximum in a week. In this way they give only 10 hours tuition but claim fund from council for 15 hours. They say, it is because remaining 5 hours they covers at holiday period. I believe, this is just an excuse because on school holiday, people hardly send their kids to Nursury.

On one occassion, my wife was just 3 minutes late to pick up my daughter, but Nursury Manager Aimee has raised an invoise of £20.

This is a shame. A big shame as an education provider.

They only care about your money and not your kids.
Avoid this place as much as possible.
