I am a NHS Nurse and I was once signed off with a frozen left shoulder, and they assigned a NHS physio to me and he prescribed me some exercises which were of little help. That's when I contacted CharliePT and Soft Tissue Massage Therapy and he booked me in for 4-6 sessions, he mobilise my scapula while massaging my shoulder which made it to loosen and heal at the same time and l am so greatful and happy with results as I returned back to work earlier than expected. These days I do continue with my monthly regular massage treatments to keep me conditioned. Very professional service that l would recommend to anyone who needs help
