I took the Intensive 15-hour driving course with Chilled Driving Tuition, and it was an incredible experience. My instructor, Paul, was amazing from the start. Within the first hour, he pinpointed my areas for improvement and worked with me to address them. His instructions were always clear and easy to understand, and his patience and encouragement helped me feel confident behind the wheel.

Paul also challenged me with tricky tasks and provided on-the-spot corrections, which made me feel well-prepared for real-world driving scenarios.

I’d also like to thank Shaun for the mock test, which helped me fine-tune my skills further and boosted my readiness for the driving test.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Chilled Driving Tuition. I highly recommend them, especially Paul, for anyone looking to become a confident and capable driver.

I took an intensive course with Steve B. Although I had already done some driving before these lessons, I didn't feel confident at all about being on the road. After just the first few hours Steve B helped me to become more comfortable and learn the processes. I just passed my test and I feel so much better about driving and knowing what to do in different situations. All of the people I've spoken to at chilled have all made me feel very comfortable and able to make mistakes without shame so I could learn from them. Incredible experience, thank you so much!!

I had an amazing experience learning to drive with Shaun. He is an excellent instructor who gives clear, easy-to-understand instructions and is incredibly patient. From the very first lesson, Shaun made me feel relaxed and comfortable behind the wheel, which really helped build my confidence. His calm and reassuring teaching style made learning to drive a lot less stressful, and he was always supportive, even when I made mistakes. I highly recommend Chilled to any person looking to take lessons or the intensive courses soon, the whole team are so supportive, and always happy to help.

I undertook the 4 day intensive in automatic, and absolutely loved it! As well as enjoying the driving experience with Paul as my instructor it was a joy to drive such a lovely car (Audi A3 S-line if I remember correctly). As of today I have successfully passed my driving test with 0 minors all thanks to Paul and the chilled team. I shall certainly miss driving that Audi.

I had the pleasure to learn and pass my driving test with the help of Sam from chilled driving. He was a very knowledgeable and friendly guy who always supported me throughout our journey together. Whether you're nervous or anything else he has a really good approach to finding ways that suit specific individual needs. Really genuine guy. Would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an amazing instructor.

Really high quality of service and a very good price point. Customer service was also amazing. I had Steve B for my two weeks and his teaching was top quality, he slowly introduced everything to me and was very patient which really helps. I proudly passed first time due to Steve’s teaching qualities. Overall absolutely amazing experience and i will be recommending them to anyone that is interested in lessons.

I had Sam as my instructor and passed first time after just 30 hours of lessons, starting as a complete beginner. Chilled may be one of the pricier options in Norwich, but it’s easy to see why. The lessons were taught in the latest cars, and Sam was incredibly professional, patient, and always on time. He made sure every aspect of driving was thoroughly covered, pushing me to improve without ever going beyond my limits.

I left every lesson feeling like I had learnt something new. I had a mock test with another instructor from Chilled, who was of the same high standard, which gave me extra confidence for the real test.

Thanks to Sam’s calm and encouraging teaching style, I actually looked forward to my lessons instead of dreading them. He also ensured I was taught every route I needed and I was provided with a logbook, which was really helpful in keeping track of my progress and things to improve.

Sam was always available to answer any questions I had outside of lesson time, and he was very accommodating when it came to rescheduling lessons. I couldn’t recommend Sam or Chilled more highly for anyone serious about learning to drive.

Can’t recommend the team at Chilled enough! Everything from booking my intensive course right through to finding me a new test date when my test got cancelled was a smooth process with great communication.

In particular, a huge thanks to my instructor Paul - thanks to him I passed first time with zero faults! Not only was be incredibly patient and explained everything well but he was also really supportive and was quick to reassure me whenever my confidence wobbled.
