This club has been like a second family to me. I've been training with Sifu Tong for over 18 years and have never looked back, his knowledge and direct lineage to the old masters is second to none. I love the fact that no matter your age, your grade or skill level you can ask any of the club for help and they will stop what they are doing to assist you.

I have been doing the classes now for just over a year, Sifu Tong really knows his stuff and he is a great teacher. I have met some great people and the classes and they go above and beyond to help me out. I have really enjoyed the classes and I am very proud in the way I have progressed in the time I have been with them. I have been doing both the wing chun and tai chi.
I suffer from fibromyalgia and doing the classes, exercises and the movements has really helped with my pain

I have been a member dor 10 yrs plus and I am still loving it. The instructor is great , classes are down to earth and friendly and offer alot of variance. I have also made some everlasting friendships. Recommend wholeheartily.

I have been training here for juat over 5 years I love coming here for the amazing kung fu and the amazing people and wanting a sifu (master) as experienced funny and most down to earth man then look no thither then sifu tong liu ! And one of my favourite things about the cko is you don't just gain amazing skills and confidence your also gain a amazing and wacky family the best choice i ever made was trying out that first class my life changed after that for the better 🙂
