Choices Health Club Windermere

I absolutely love Choices. Less than 10 minute drive in the car and I'm there. Brilliant staff and a brilliant timetable to suit everyones needs. Love the pool area and Sauna, steam and Jacuzzi which are immaculately clean along with the changing rooms. Added bonus now they have added a Coffee Machine in Reception, absolutely fabulous idea. Keep up the Good Work Team Choices.

I used to work in this club as a cleaner, I loved this place an met great manager an a great team at the time, I kept this place spotless, reviewers always pointed out clean an spotless, I wasn’t just a cleaner, I done bit painting bit fixing, I was a 5 star cleaner, the best!! but I had passion in what I was doing, as I was personally nuts about keeping fit at the time, had my own personal gym at home, it’s sad to see some of the reviews that people have written over cleanest, anyway it’s a great club, many good memories, wishing only the best for this place Martina, xx ,

We came to enjoy a nice swim whilst on our holiday. Based on the website, the photos online and the price of £12 a swim, we were expecting somewhere lovely and we were bitterly disappointed. The gym is completely run down and the pool was murky and left a film on our skin. The changing rooms were the saddest part of the visit being filthy and the facilities having not had any attention since the 80s. It was actually a grim experience. The guy on reception was friendly and helpful, that was the only positive thing we could say. I wish we would have known what to expect so we could have made a better decision about where to go.

Choices gym is fantastic and staff are amazing! They really have created a great gym Community and this makes me want train when I don’t feel like it. This has also lead to me encouraging friends to join. I carry injuries and the staff have been great in helping me with designing training programs to work around my injuries, and to make sure I don’t exacerbate them. Adam and team are always happy and upbeat when you go in. Keep up the good work guys

I’ve been a member of Choices gym for a couple of years now and the staff are always friendly and a great choice of gym equipment. Also a brilliant selection of classes, I go to kettlebells and pump a couple of times a week with Adam, they are tough but always leave feeling great ?

A fantastic community gym with a great vibe to workout in. Fantastic, friendly knowledgeable staff. Excellent classes, well equipped gym and great pool and spa area. Keep up the good work. ?

Gross! Far more cleaning needed- floors were filthy and covered in hair, drains overflowing, jacuzzi broken. Changing room was very weird, hardly anywhere to put kit not on the floor. Much room for improvement!

“People make places” The staff at Choices gym really do make the place. From Adam the manager who gives off real positive energy to Jade who is efficient and never stops walking around the gym, my partner calls Jade the engine of choices. Nadine is always working hard in her classes, Dale has come into Choices and hit the ground running, his infectious smile goes a long way, he also has given me and my partner some brilliant nutrition advice. Libby the apprentice is going to go far in the fitness industry, she brings calm to a place where people put themselves through pain, Kalum keeps the classes rolling and is a familiar face in a hectic world. Mads is a super member of staff who always motivates my partner to do more. Choices is a great community. If senior management are reading this, constructive criticism, new back machine? Have so much space and a new machine would go a long way x
