Very calm and peaceful place. Beautiful also.
As of the knowledge, due to the pandemic situation, it is open only on sundays. Limited number of people are allowed by booking.

Wouldn’t advice coming here, you’re better off going to a place full of atheists, they’ll have more compassion and humanity then these Scumbag Religious people. They act all good and friendly when the world is watching but behind close doors man they’re are crafty and vile people. Don’t bring yourself or your family here. Walk past this place. They Will slag you off behind your back once you go. Poor management the church all of its members constantly disagreeing o with eachother and all hate eachother.

You don’t need religion to be better or get help all you need is people with compassion and and understanding you won’t find that here.

Awful Place, full of fake people, all a bunch of hypocrites, all of them don’t like eachother, and they completely disregard “non Christians” would avoid at all costs. Infact avoid all religious places they’re no different from us.

Ran by a bunch of muppets who think they’re good people but in fact they’re more more selfish and full of hatred and no compassion whatsoever. I’ve seen more humanity and compassion in atheists

I love everything about this church, it feels like a second home to me. Very welcoming and friendly place to worship the Lord. I attend the Sunday family service, Wednesdays Alpha course, Thursdays mums group (Term time) and Fridays starlight toddler group (Term time). There are plenty of other events for teenagers and elderly too.

Nice friendly people and good tea and coffee after 10.00 am Sunday service.
They seek to keep sermons to a reasonable length and service to 75 minutes.
Do ask you to wear a mask and respect social distancing and they have hand sanitizer at entry.

I would most definitely recommend the Good Shepherd to anyone looking for a place to meet with God in an intimate way, whatever their background. If you love biblical teaching with practical application within the context of uplifting musical worship, then you will feel at home at the Good Shepherd. Whether you are just visiting or leave in the area, I am sure you will find the Sunday and/or midweek programmes refreshing.

I have found this a lovely welcoming place as a mum with young children new to the area. I got my youngest christened at the church 6 years ago and have not looked back since.

There are so many group activities available for all age groups after school groups, mums groups, alpha groups, care and share, Starlights for mother and toddlers, boxing fitness for guys, youth groups, brownies and rainbows and obviously church services on a Sunday as well as other special services/activities such as Christingle and a carol service (a must if you love Christmas). Easter ( Easter egg hunts) summer holidays (summer holiday club) to name just a few. This is just the groups I’ve heard of but I’m sure there are many more.

Please feel free to come and have a look around you might find like I did there’s lots to do and lots of lovely people to meet. X
