My experience with Citrus has been nothing but positive. Since my first meeting with Vikki, Citrus have been nothing but supportive in the setting up of training. My staff have complemented at the quality of intructors that Citrus provide and I can confirm that due to attending one of their courses. The admin team and my second main contact, Emma have been stars, they would be a credit to any company to have them on board. Citrus is a company I will continue to use and recommend as they have a number of locations around the country that have great facilities and great instructors. Pricing is fair to what the market is and there are no hidden costs at the end.

Done my Streetworks training with this company in early January, venue was fine, trainer was great, admin follow up has been awful. I started a job on the strength that I had my attained Supervisor Streetworks Qualification, they accepted I had to wait for the card to come through, but wanted evidence of my attendance, to this date, I’m still waiting for confirmation. I’ve spoken to three different people on separate occasions, and still have nothing. I can’t attend my new position until this comes through. I would not recommend this company for training. I’ve spent nearly a thousand pounds, and wish I’d gone elsewhere!
