The first aid course was ok, not the most interesting one I've been on but not bad.

However the company themselves are terrible, they didn't pass on information about my disability despite asking me for for the details before I went.

They then said they would post my certificate out within a few weeks. 2 months later I still hadn't got it so chased it up. I was told they'd email it to me but it never arrived. I chased it up again to be told it was on its way. Nothing.

I then got a note from royal mail saying I they couldn't deliver my parcel as I hadn't paid delivery. I wasn't sure what the parcel was so paid it and low and behold it turned out to be my certificate.

So in the end it took over 2 months to arrive and I had to pay for delivery myself. Shocking.

Extremely friendly staff who will not pressure you to do something you don't want to do. Trained to the highest standards for people who have mental health issues. Lots of activities to keep yourselves occupied during your sessions.

Unresponsive learning Centre who ignore emails and hardly ever answer the phone. I applied for a job here a while ago, one which I was perfectly qualified for.
Called twice to enquire about my application and I was just fobbed off both times.
Sent another email with my CV. This was ignored which is unprofessional. Disappointing experience.
