Fantastic karate lessons!
My 7yr old wasn't very confident about doing something without his older brother by his side but Jack and his team are super friendly and make everyone feel at ease. My son really enjoys the karate lessons as they are fun and looks forward to going each week.

Both our children train with Cotswold Karate School and I can’t praise the club enough.
Our eldest has been training for the past 4 years and she has grown so much in that time.
Both children have gained in confidence in their ability and in making new friends. The club has a friendly atmosphere and they look forward to training nights.
Their instructor Jack is fantastic and his passion for karate is clear to see. He encourages the children to step outside of their comfort zone and to reach their full potential.
It’s a great place for them to be active and learn respect, discipline and self-defence.

Jack is the best person to go to for self-defensive / self-protection lessons. He took me through an in-depth session from recognising signs of threat to pad work. I can’t recommend enough! He is very patient, kind and informative. Jack has helped me feel so much more confident not only in the classes but in every day real life situations! You can tell that he is very passionate and knowledgeable too which is great.

Jack and the teaching team do an exceptional job with my daughter. She's made amazing progress and has grown in confidence, self control and gross motor skills. Would 100% recommend you give it a go if your child is full of energy and looking for an inclusive sport!

Cotswold Karate School is a fantastic learning space, replete with experienced, patient instructors with an excellent understanding and application of a hreay range of skills; from fitness to sparring to self defence and situational awareness training. I cannot recommend Jack Heritage and his wonderful art enough.
