I Started my PT sessions with Craig as he specialises in sports injury prevention and recovery, after sustaining a few injuries from football and fitness sessions. He has surpassed my expectations as a PT. He tailors the training programme to my specific requirements, providing me with challenging workouts that I wouldn't usually choose to do. In the few months that I've been training with Craig, my fitness levels have increased and I feel stronger. He pushes me outside of my comfort zone and I'm starting to reap the benefits from my sessions. He's always very friendly, positive and reassuring, whilst making sure you stay on track with your session. Thank you Craig!

For many years I’ve been going to a gym and have never really achieved what I’ve wanted.
I’ve always been sceptical of using weights and not really had any clue of the right things to do.
So back in September 23 my daughter and I approached Craig for some help and advice. Originally we only wanted six weeks PT but eight months later we still see Craig and we are absolutely loving it!!
One of the best decisions I’ve made in my 57 years!!! Craig is very professional, knowledgeable and pushes you to get the most out of your sessions with him.
I now warm up and cool down correctly, I have structure to my visits to the gym. I’ve learnt it’s not the quantity of exercises you do but having the correct technique is far more important!!
I no longer feel intimidated by the gym !!
The sessions we have with Craig are also good fun and I look forward to my gym sessions !
Another bonus apparently I’ve lost my back fat!!
I would 100% recommend Craig!

Great personal trainer, you see results in a short period of time. Lots of support given, to improve over all health and fitness. Great communication, very understanding of a busy life schedule to fit training around times that suit you best. Highly recommend, you wont be disappointed.

I have been having PT from Craig for about 2 months now and honestly cannot recommend him enough. As an older female for the past year or so I felt that nothing I was doing was working, I seemed to be working harder eating less bit getting bigger. Craig really listens to what you want and can’t do enough to help you achieve your goal. In 2 months I have managed to see a huge difference, I am toning areas I had given up on and am starting to feel more confident with my shape. It’s not just an hour a week with Craig then see you next week, he sends information for a healthy diet, work out plans you can do by yourself and encourages you to contact him at any time. I am no longer embarrassed or scared to use the gym equipment because I actually know what I am doing and more importantly doing it right following techniques given from Craig.

I’ve been training with Craig for 3 months now. A friend introduced him to me. I’m at the start of my weight loss journey, Craig is always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge.
Craig is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness level has increased and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete tasks which I struggled to do few months back. I've never had a PT before. I started with Craig about 4 weeks ago. Super anxious about having a PT as not been physically fit since before having my children. I had my initial session with Craig where he showed me the correct way on the basics and got a feel for where we were starting from.... Not my finest moment. Ive had weekly sessions where Craig's guided me into going my exercises correctly. Warm ups and cool downs are now part of my daily routine. The days I'm at the gym on my own are a lot more structured and worthwhile whilst my sessions with Craig are full on. Craig is super supportive and friendly we have a good laugh and I get so much out the sessions. Thanks mate. I've grown in confidence and fitness in a really short space of time.

If you're looking to kick start 2023 the right way, I couldn't recommend Craig enough. I was at my lowest both me mentally and physically when I started with Craig and within just a few sessions Craig's approach to training already had me feeling more positive and confident in my abilities especially when I could see the improvements in my reps, times and weights. Withing 2 months I'd already dropped a dress size. For me the best thing about Craig's style is his knowledge and ability to adapt his plans to your bodies needs even in the middle of a session. His personality and ethos also inspire you to keep pushing and be the best that you can be.
