Lovely stay, beautiful building and very attentive staff. The spa/pool was lovely and almost empty the whole time we were there. The hotel was clean and the food was nice. Overall great value for money.

Great hotel, clean, tidy, good service.

Very old parts of the hotel which are lovely to explore and two bars available to use.

Rooms could be better soundproofed, we were kept up over night by noisy neighbours.

Directions to the correct car parking could be better, difficult to find your way around on the first visit until you find your feet.

They're is plenty of parking available over the site though.

Restaurant was really good for breakfast and dinner. Good service and good food at a reasonable price.

Spa treatments were great, although booking online caused some issues. Staff there suggested calling after booking next time to confirm the online system hasn't booked us into the wrong time

Stayed for one night in this wonderful hotel in January 2025. Was given an absolutely excellent room with period furniture & a four poster bed in the Old Hall section of the hotel. Complimentary chocolate was a lovely touch and staff friendly & polite. Buffet style breakfast was fresh & very good. Spa facilities were clean and expansive. Will return again.

Just returned from a valentines stay at Crewe Hall. It was beautiful the staff are all very friendly and very smart. Food and service was very good. The king size bed and pillows were excellent ( I have a hate of hard pillows)10/10.Pool lovely & warm.

The original building is absolutely beautiful with incredible features however only the main bar, function rooms and some of the rooms are in the old building. The restaurant, spa and most of the rooms are in the new part which does not have same atmosphere and just feels like any other modern hotel. It is worth visiting for the old building and I would visit just to go to the bar as it's stunning.

Crewe Hall is wonderful. The old hall is breathtakingly beautiful and quirky. The attention to detail and workmanship is awesome. The staff are first rate. Our room was spotless, had a very comfortable bed and a wet room en-suite. The spa treatments were excellent and reasonably priced. Great overnight stay.

We stopped for a one night stay en-route. Fabulous Hotel. Beautiful from the moment we swept up the drive way. Food was very good, breakfast plentiful. The pool and spa facilities are excellent. Kids loved it! We booked a family room and were given two lovely double/twin rooms with adjoining door - loads of space and very comfortable.

Wonderful experience here the staff were fantastic, food was nice, dinner and breakfast was very good, it's wonderfully decorated. I had a classic room which had an electric heater in there guessing the AC control unit doesn't kick out much heat in the winter. Only other gripes the shower was a bit lame the door stop in the bathroom is exactly where you would put the foot towel, I stubbed my toe twice 🤣 apart from that would recommend here
