I needed some Euros, online ordering with PostOffice was the best rate.
However it did not arrive on schedule (Royal Mail issue), but the staff (Hanna?) went out of her way to sort including calling me with options.

The number of times I've carried a parcel here to post to find them shut within open hours, then had to carry the parcel home again. I took to phoning to check if they're open, but management have been proactive enough to have the phone number removed from Google now. Utter shower - a blight on Cricklade - thanks Tesco area management team.

Never adhere to their posted store hours! Don't trust their open hours because they're always incorrect. This is the third time it's happened to me—absolutely outrageous. To make matters worse, the staff always appear surly, even though it should be the customers who are upset given how frequently the store is closed.

Horrendous, very poorly managed PO, its open and closed as per the staff's wish. They don't serve even if they have 5 mins before close time, very rude. It would be better if the PO moved away from Tesco.

Closed for two weeks just discovered after 20 minute walk with parcel. Handwritten scrawled note redirecting to another post office in Tesco not the nearest which is in Purton which is actually open during normal hours in the Coop. Tesco need to get their act together but unfortunately have a stranglehold on the High Street.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. I'm very grateful the town still has a real post office, even if it's occasionally on reduced hours, as otherwise I'd have to drive miles to find another.
Thank you to the staff and to Tesco for keeping this open as banks and post offices close around the UK.

Never open when it’s supposed to be, even based on the hours in the window so good luck posting anything here.
Went the other day and at 11:30 it was “closed for 60mins for lunch, back at 2pm” according to the sign in the window!!

Dodgy handwritten note in window saying closed for lunch (not what the post office have in mind I'm sure). Came back ten minutes after the time the note said and there was a queue of ten people and it was still closed. Decided to drive to a proper post office instead because if they can't be bothered to do any work I'm not going to trust them with my post. The Tesco also stank of weed...
