I am a high risk pregnancy. Midwife called in sick on my appointment date. It’s been well over a week I’ve called and been told midwife will call to reschedule my appointment like I said that was over a week ago still no co tact from surgery or midwife

I have been with this practice over 10 years and to be honest I have not had a bad experience.
I called At 8am requested a call back receptionist contacted me who was friendly and polite.
Asked if I would mind going to hurst lane for face to face appointment (not a problem).
I was seen by 10 am.

I replicate these reviews, they nearly killed me once due to medical negligence this list of disasters could go on and on. Only when I involved the quality care commission did things start to work, but not for long.

Thankfully I found a decent practice and no longer need to tolerate the madness that is Craig Croft.

It's got to be the worst surgery in the world. On the phone queue for twenty minutes and no appointments.

After 7 years as a patient, this place is absolutely shocking. I have NEVER been able to get an appointment, ever! I always have to attend the badger clinic due to the incompetence of Croft Medical Centre
Don’t get me wrong, you’ll get seen if you have a medical condition that they get paid to manage. If not, you can kick rocks
So as long as they meet their Qof to get paid, all is well in the world
Called me hundreds of times for BP check and blood, but refused me an appointment when I was really ill (no payment for that so)
Shameless spongers at their best
We should all write to CQC and complain, then they will have no choice but to get it together

I have had to deal with Croft Medical Centre on behalf of my Uncle who has been poorly and needed care from us here in Birmingham. I read the reviews on Google and anticipated nothing but issues with my dealings with the Surgery. However, I found the Surgery and all of the Team that I have dealt with to be nothing but courteous, helpful, professional and extremely kind. None of my requests, on behalf of my Uncle have been straightforward, yet every single request has been efficiently dealt with. I could not have asked for more support and will always be grateful for the compassion which the Surgery have provided to my family as well as me. I managed to get the names of two very helpful colleagues, Freya and Elaine. Both were incredibly helpful and each one exceeded my highest expectations. In short, don't accept Google Reviews as factual, judge on your own experience. I did and could not have been happier. Thank you to all at Croft Surgery.

Upto recently the surgery has been fine, except for a run in with one particular doctor on two seperate occasions. This doctor doesn't do his job properly "Dr Bhatti"... Avoid seeing him, he has no compassion towards patients at all literally doesn't care what he says or does.... Surgery would be better off without him.!
