At 68, I’ve used many different gyms but I have to say - this is the best by a MILLION MILES!! Dana is amazing. She really knows her stuff!! She has so much to offer - be it setting up a schedule for you to follow, plain, easy advice on “how to do” a certain exercise or a sports massage!! Top class!!
The gym itself is perfect for me - everything you will ever need. The equipment is well maintained and really well laid out. The people who use the gym (and I’ve met many) are ALL so friendly and encouraging.
If you’re looking for the perfect gym for you - Cromwell Barn is the place!!!!

The best gym!! Super friendly and welcoming. Everyone is made to feel safe and accepted no matter what age, gender, size, shape or fitness level. It’s well equipped and exceptionally clean. A gym program designed specifically for you can be included in your membership if required. Dana is fantastic! She’s professional, knowledgeable and very encouraging. Would recommend this gym to anyone and everyone!

Great family run gym with everything you need to get you fit and healthy including daily work out routines and advise for your road to development whether it's a get fitter or weight loss programme.
I have been attending this gym for many years and have never felt out of my comfort zone or embarrassed to ask for help.
Brilliant place, open 24hrs so come whenever you want and get on your journey

Ive been going to Cromwell Barns Gym for nearly two years now.
I've always found the staff brilliant & willing to help with any problems.
Dana set up a plan tailer made for me as I have major back problems & can't do some things others can.
I've never found there to be any judgement from anyone there about age, gender or what level your at which is great.
I love going there & have noticed a big change in stamina & feeling good in myself
If your thinking of going to a gym, I'd recommend this one!😉

I thoroughly enjoy my time at Cromwell Barn, they promote fitness and health to all ages and all body types. I go because i damaged my back many years ago and Dana was so helpful and knowledgable when it came to putting me a fitness plan together. She is only ever a text away from helping and thats if you don't get the chance to see her whilst there.
The opening hours are 24/7 so it’s never over crowded and more importantly i don’t feel intimidated or embarrassed and it stops me from thinking that everyone is “watching” me.
I can highly recommend this place and another easy bonus is it has parking!!
