Worst customer experience ever in a post office, 12:30pm 4/2/2025. Totally awful rude woman behind the counter, spoke to me like I was dirt, firstly because I placed my parcel on the wrong scale then because I quizzed the cost of the postage, I was literally just asking the question, she took it personally as if she was setting the prices. A normal response would be , ‘oh let’s have a look and I’ll give you some other options’. Didn’t get her name but she was short, sandy brown bobbed hair and looked about 60. Just awful! These people represent the Royal Mail, I couldn’t believe how unprofessional and arrogant this member of staff was. I really think this woman needs to be taken away from the front of house and given a job in the store room stacking parcels or licking stamps out of the way of paying customers?

I have been using Crook Post office for the last 20 years. For the last 10years I have used it daily.
The staff are always very friendly and helpful and nothing is ever a bother. I have been in the queue on lots of occasions when the staff have had very rude customers giving them grief for things that are out of their control which is not very nice for the staff or other customers.
The post office is part of our community and we are very lucky to have it. Thank you Jackie and Andrea I appreciate you both.

I have used Crook Post Office for years, to post parcels.
Both Jackie and Andrea worked tirelessly during covid, and had to put up with a lot of abuse off rude, ignorant people. The same abuse is still going on in the new Post Office. Yes, the new area could do with being bigger, and there could be extra staff on during busy periods, but both of these issues are out of the girls hands. Why leave a bad review?
I commend Jackie and Andrea on their hard work and reliability.
Also keeping their cool, when dealing with rude people.

This post office is a wonderful place both Jackie and Andrea always happy to help in anyway there can. I use thus post office to collect parcels just a shame they don’t have much space to work in and sometimes cold.

I usually use this post office hub to either pick up parcels or to send parcels by tracked mail. The area is always clean , tidy and well organised . Jackie and Andrea always efficient and welcoming , it’s a pleasure to be served by such friendly staff.
