We had all our radiators replaced in our home and we are extremely pleased with the work that was carried out. Jamie, Matt & Ted were very professional, polite and had a fantastic work ethic. They arrived promptly each morning and worked tirelessly until the job was completed. Thank you for the great service!

Very expensive plumbing service. A plumber from here came to assess one of our radiators which wasn’t heating up. He diagnosed it as a jammed valve. The call out cost £78. They then quoted £350 to change the valve! We changed it our selves and the valve cost £15. The valve was not the issue because it made no difference. I gave two stars for the polite receptionists.

At 4.00pm on Friday the 11th October, our system boiler was officially written off as the heat exchanger had cracked and the unit was leaking. We had used CPH before so I contacted Wayne and confirmed a price for a supply and fit of a new boiler at 4.35pm. He said he would go and pick up a new boiler immediately. At 8am on Saturday the 12th October 2024, a mere 19hrs 25 minutes later, Wayne was on site and working on the installation. We had thought we would have to spend days without water or heating and yet, there he was straight away. We had gone out for the day and by the time we returned at 3pm, the new boiler was up and running, not an ounce of mess left anywhere and the heating and hot water on.
I just cannot imagine that any other business anywhere would be able match that level of customer commitment. It's just awesome, it really is.
The job itself? A faultless, clean and outstanding professional job from start to finish. People are so ready to knock the so called "trades" and those who do the job, but how can I possibly fault this level of service, as its just went above and beyond? And some. I am sat here now in my warm house thinking that I cannot write enough kind words and words of genuine gratitude to thank Wayne for everything. If you read this review and still decide not use CPH/Wayne then you must be MAD!!! It's that simple

If you want any plumbing done , do not use any other company than Croston Plumbing from Sara and Fria Hope I spelt it right the receptionist ( they are far more than that !! ) amazing service to Richard and Wayne the service guys they put your mind at rest with their wide knowledge and experience and dedication , so just a huge thank you to all at the company one very happy customer David East Cliff

Excellent service reasonable price. The guys that came out on all stages of our project, new kitchen, are the above and more. It wasn't a little project, as it included moving the boiler and restructuring, but nothing seemed to phase them, and when they left, everything was clean and tidy, I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend the company.

Very friendly office/telephone staff deal with your problem promptly. It helps tremendously if you can take a photo of your plumbing situation/location to make a more accurate estimate.

Costs were reasonable and service next day, as agreed, was a pleasant enough experience with care taken not to make mess, ' Richard' and 'Reece' were polite, very skilled and fast and cleared away as work progressed.

These were jobs I'd considered doing DIY but trust me, it's not worth the fear and worry and not least time in the end.

The job was done last week and I'm still waiting to pay! They do not pressure or hassle you for payment immediately.

I thoroughly recommend this company and have no affiliations whatsoever apart from being a satisfied customer.
