We didn't actually go in the leisure centre but the park behind. Loads of children enjoying themselves.
Sandpit, seesaw, swings, and climbing area for the little ones. Zip wire, swings, climbing frame, caterpillar rope swing for the older ones. Plus a huge field to kick balls around and a bike track. There's a kiosk selling drinks, cakes, ice-cream etc
We were only stopping off after a library visit and stayed almost 4 hours!!

Went to the baby group on a Wednesday. Soft play in the hall. My little one Loves it but it's soooo cold in the sports hall. Make sure to wrap both of you up. Lots of things for little ones to crawl, climb and explore. There is push along cars too. It starts at 9.30!

Haven't technically visited the leisure centre, but goldsmiths playground is great, with a lovely little coffee shop and facilities along with a great kids park and bike park with amazing views overlooking high weald

I had a lovely time swimming as also was not too busy. I felt a little hurried when the kids showed up for swimming club as the pool was getting set up for them before time was up. I will visit again but probably leave earlier to avoid the hassle of a bunch of kids and swimming instructor eager to start their lesson.

I joined the leisure centre (Freedom Leisure) for 3 months to swim in the pool. There are several time slots during the day for lane swimming. Weekends are a bit limited (early morning only). It’s not necessary to book a time slot for swimming which is the case at other swimming pools. The pool and change rooms are clean. I used to swim here years ago and the centre has been upgraded now and looks good.
